The legs of chickens processed (product code 1802) deep-frozen in accordance with GOST Standard 31657-2012 and the UNECE chicken Meat: carcases and parts", edition 2006. ECE/TRADE/355 (category a)
View freezing: shock freezing with intensive movement of air (BQF)
The temperature regime of processing of goods:
• Dehydration: 00C ÷ -50C for 8 hours
• Freezing: -40C
• Storing:- 20C
• Transportation: - 18C Packing: cartons, liner is polyethylene film, net weight of product and box size is determined by the manufacturer of the product Labeling: is determined by the Manufacturer of the goods Shipping documentation:
